PANAGIOTIS ZAKKAS, ARCHITECT

My name is Panagiotis Zakkas. I am an Architect, a graduate of the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens and a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). I design modern houses, interior spaces and 3D photorealistic visualisations, with an emphasis on functionality, simplicity and structural clarity.

My architectural approach is shaped by a structural way of thinking: the belief that space must first work and stand correctly before it becomes an image. It comes from a mindset that prioritises structure, use, economy of means and the truth of materials. At its core lies everyday life rather than spectacle. Form is not imposed; it emerges from needs, geometry and construction.

I believe that architecture does not need to impress; it needs first to function and to be built correctly. Form emerges from use and structure, materials remain honest and every line has a clear purpose. I aim to create spaces that are legible, comfortable and balanced in everyday experience.

I provide architectural design, interior design and 3D rendering services for private clients, architects, interior designers, engineers, technical offices, construction companies, real estate agencies and property developers. I work with contemporary digital technologies (CAD, BIM, 3D rendering, animation) alongside traditional methods of representation (sketches, architectural drawings, physical models), ensuring that every idea is communicated with accuracy and clarity.

I undertake projects in Greece and abroad, pursuing solutions that are simple, clear and buildable.
