ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

The two-storey residence follows an 'L-shaped' layout that makes efficient use of the plot and combined with the boundary wall ensures privacy. The ground floor consists of an open-plan living and kitchen area, a bathroom and a store room. The living areas have direct access to both the front veranda and pergola facing the street, as well as the private rear courtyard. A parking space is provided along the side boundary. The first floor accommodates two bedrooms with balconies and a bathroom. The building's form is defined by a solid volume shaped by balconies and large openings that ensure natural light and cross-ventilation. The design aims for construction simplicity and the creation of a functional living space for the modern individual.
