ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

The residence is developed across two levels. The ground floor features an open-plan living and kitchen area with direct access to a veranda with a pergola. This level also includes a restroom and the potential to create a small workspace beneath the linear staircase that connects the two floors. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The building's architectural form is based on clean geometry, a compact volume, a flat roof, simple construction logic and a modern aesthetic. The objective is to create a contemporary home that combines a functional layout, effective use of the outdoor courtyard, cost-efficient construction and energy efficiency.
